Question: What is valet parking en how does it work?

Answer: You arrive by car in front of the entrance of the hotel, without you worrying about delays and parking problems. We take your parking problems and high costs, you normally have in the city, out of your hands. Your car will be parked at our secured parking lot.
When you leave we make sure that your car wil be in front of the hotel at the appointed time.

Question: Why should I use the valet parking of HOTELPARKING?

Answer: You do not have to find a parking space. With this valet parking we offer you quality service and we take a lot of annoyance and especially high costs out of your hands. Below an example how much money you can save with HOTELPARKING:

Park your car for 3 days in Amsterdam: € 165,00
Park your car for 3 days by HOTELPARKING: € 70,00

You save: € 95,00

Question: Does HOTELPARKING offer other services besides valet parking?

Answer: We offer several services, including transfers, but also interior and exterior cleaning, minor repairs, window service, tire service and use of a replacement vehicle.

Question: When are you open?

Answer: Our opening hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week throughout the year. In case of emergency you can use the special number on the intake form.

Question: How fast can you deliver the car after we have called you?

Answer: We aim to be at the location specified by you within 1 hour. This works in more than 95% of the cases. Keep in mind that if you’re already at the hotel regular parking charges apply till we pick-up your car.

Question: If I need my car or something out of my car while it’s park?

Answer: You can call us during opening hours (07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and we bring the car to the location you specify. An additional amount of € 10,00 will be charged. If it’s possible and it’s on the route we can also bring it as a service. Outside opening hours you will be charged € 50,00.
